Obstacles
Collectiveness- With various “crews” and groups, there is mass segregation in our society and a gap between the generations. It is important to unite youth to provide closure between the disparities.

Recognition – Today’s youth should feel that they can make a difference and the community supports their positive actions. Recognizing accomplishments and the struggles to instigate change by individuals will inevitably improve the morale, confidence, and self-esteem of youth.

Neutral – This organization exists only to fulfill its mission statement and will not partake in any activities that lead youth away from main objectives.

Judgment – Society has perfected the art of judging which has led to nothing but boosting one’s own ego. If God created all and God is perfect, so is God’s creation. There is no need to judge perfection.

Ego – The goal is to create an environment where all are equal and ego is not required to shield your personality.

Lack of commitment/Accountability – Provide a foundation for any event to be undertaken and youth to have a way of instigating change. The core of the group and any willing members must always attempt maintain their commitment and accountability so that there is a steady resource of support.
